This guy really looks more like the prez with his hard hat and glasses removed but He would not do it for this picture. I think he was not enjoying the joke. Mr. Tati is an Angolan Electrical Engineer for Chevron Cabinda Gulf Company.
Is this Obama and his Chief of Staff? Look closely at the ears of the guy on the right....he's got got small light bulbs sticking out of them.
